Step 1 – The Need

Step 2 – The Talent

The Recruiting Specialists, Inc. talent screening process is a little more personal than the usual recruiter screening. Emphasis is placed on understanding the whole picture of the candidate – including their values, attitudes, interests, and lifestyle – before choosing the best potential match.

Step 3 – The Match

Once a potential match has been made, you will receive a “Candidate Narrative” outlining the who, what, when, where, and why of each candidate. Once you’ve had a chance to review, we’ll help you determine the best next steps.
